We at The GPE Aviation Consulting Group perform many different type audits to enhance and benefit your company.
These audit types include, but are not limited to: Safety, Operational, Deice, Fueling, Administrative, Cargo, Environmental, Security, OSHA, Hazmat, and Letters of Investigation, etc.
Audits are a vital area of financial and operational control of a company and are conducted to ensure that appropriate attention is devoted to important areas, potential problems are promptly identified, work is completed expeditiously and work is properly coordinated. Before performing an audit, an audit planning process is developed. "Audit planning" means developing a general strategy and a detailed approach for the expected nature, timing and extent of the Audit. The auditor plans to perform the Audit in an efficient and timely manner.
Quality audits are performed to verify conformance to standards through review of objective evidence. A system of quality audits may verify the effectiveness of a quality management system. Quality audits are essential to verify the existence of objective evidence showing conformance to required processes, to assess how successfully processes have been implemented, and to judge the effectiveness of achieving any defined target levels. Quality audits are also necessary to provide evidence concerning reduction and elimination of problem areas, and they are a hands-on management tool for achieving continual improvement in an organization.
As a business leader, it is hard to improve a process or procedure if you haven’t measured the process or procedure to begin with.
